Everytime I come back to Racine, I have to visit the Sausage Kitchen for a great sandwich. The people there are very nice and it makes it easy to come back.

They need to stay open later during the week. I wanted to pick up a sub one day after work, only to find that they closed at 3:00. They would get a lot more business if they stayed open until at least 5:00. Most people don't get off work in time to pick up sandwiches for dinner.

I grew up eating subs from Sausage Kitchen. Have not lived in Racine since 1984 but I always try to get a sub when I'm in town.

Whatever happened to New England ham? Do you have it at the Sausage Kitchen? I love your Calamatra olives and imported smoky bacon which I use in Boeuf Bourginon.

great breakfast to-go, i work in the area and enjoy sausage kitchen for lunch as well. friendly, neighborhood atmosphere. deli is convenient if you like select products.
